The experience:
Once again this year, the National Institute of Cybersecurity joined the European Safe Internet for Kids project by organizing a hybrid event to raise awareness among young people and mentors about the importance of safe Internet browsing.
+ We chose the Auditorium of León to organize the event, which was attended by 16 groups from 5 schools in the region, more than 350 students and 400 people, including authorities, press and families.
+ We examined the current state of cybersecurity in Spain, created dramatized dynamics to raise awareness of the importance of security in social media conversations, and all of this was enlivened by influencer and singer Xuso Jones, who served as master of ceremonies and spread the event on his social media (more than one million followers across all his platforms).
+ As was to be expected, the success of the event required not only excellence in organization and logistics, but also in network security and digital broadcasting of the project.
