The experience:
Thanks to our experience in the academic sector, this year we carried out the graduation ceremonies of the European University on its campuses in Madrid, Valencia and Tenerife. More than 30 events that brought together the final classes of 2020, 21 and 22.
+ An incredible challenge, since the ceremonies took place in three cities, four venues, 36 academic events spread over 9 days of celebrations.
But the most remarkable figures are those related to attendance: more than 6,000 students attended the graduation ceremonies in person, as well as more than 22,000 friends and family members.
+ All this was managed by a powerful technical secretariat tool that coordinated the access of graduates and guests in an orderly manner and in compliance with the most demanding security and capacity control standards.
